From the Manufacturer The US Navy's 5th San Antonio class amphibious transport dock vessel famed for including 6.8 tons of steel salvaged from the rubble of the World Trade Centre in its construction. Kit features full hull, integral bilge keels, fully detailed well deck and hangar interior, optional position transom ramp doors, multi-level superstructure, fine deck fittings, fully rendered utility crane, octagonal facet funnel towers, rigid-inflatable boats, Rolling Airframe missile systems (x2), Bushmaster II close in guns (x2), dry-dock inspired display stand, nameplate and photo-etch parts (including flight deck netting and vent grilles). Also features detailed LCU landing craft, LCAC hovercraft (x2), AAV-7s (x2) and 2 each clear-molded aircraft (MV-22 Ospreys, CH-46E Sea Knights, CH-53E Super Stallions, UH-1N Hueys and AH-1W SuperCobras.) Completed model is approximately 11.7" long.
